What services does Line Pro offer?
We offer five core services: professional photography, editing & post-production, events & live production, broadcast services, and additional services including commercials, digital marketing, brand identity and AR/VR.
How long does a photo or editing project take?
It depends on scope. Initial photo delivery takes about 48 hours, while full editing of short films typically takes 5 to 15 working days depending on complexity.
Do you provide live broadcasting for satellite channels?
Yes. We provide 4K HDR OB vans, SNG satellite uplink units, master control management and cloud playout services.
Can I request a custom package?
Absolutely. Choose one of our ready packages or request a custom quote through the contact page, and we will respond within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 4 weeks for events, and 8 weeks for large events and live broadcasts, to secure crew and equipment.
Do you work outside Riyadh?
Yes, we work across Saudi cities and the Gulf region. Travel and accommodation costs are included in the quote.
Do you deliver raw footage?
Raw files can be delivered according to the enterprise package terms, with secure archiving for a defined period.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes. Every project includes free review rounds according to the package, and we commit to specifications agreed in writing before work begins.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit on signing and the balance on delivery, with milestone payments available for large projects.
Do you offer AR and VR services?
Yes, we develop AR and VR experiences for exhibitions, products and training, which can be integrated with events or websites.
Can you consult on building an in-house production department?
Yes, our consulting covers equipment selection, workflow design and training of in-house teams.
How can I track my project's progress?
Every project has an account manager who keeps you updated, and you can review drafts through a secure link.
